Select an icon from the launch pad to go to the Filter page. Configure the options as desired, including Timeframe, Equipment, and additional options. For Equipment, if an entire Plant or Reporting Group is selected, the option to Dynamically Add New Equipment will be available. This will automatically add any new machines to the chart when they are added to the selected Plant(s) or Reporting Group(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the bottom of the page, specify the <strong>Title<\/strong>, an optional <strong>Description<\/strong>, and select an <strong>Assignment<\/strong>, either <strong>User Chart<\/strong> or <strong>Company Chart<\/strong>. If <strong>Company Chart<\/strong> is selected, at least one <strong>User Group<\/strong> must be selected as well. Note that Custom date ranges can not be saved, however any other <strong>Quick Select<\/strong> option can be used with saved charts. To modify the filter settings, click the filter button in the top-right corner while viewing a Chart or Report. The Filter page for can also be accessed by right-clicking the icon and clicking <strong>Filter<\/strong>. Once changes are made, the settings must be saved before viewing the reporting item, otherwise changes may be lost. The reporting item can be deleted by clicking <strong>Delete<\/strong> at the bottom of the filter page or by right-clicking the chart&#8217;s icon on the <strong>Launch Pad<\/strong> and clicking <strong>Delete<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: For Excel Exports, to view the Filter page you must right-click or long-press the icon and go to <strong>Filter<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If settings are modified on the Filter page for a saved item, this message will appear when running the chart, report, or export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"717\" height=\"156\" src=\"https:\/\/dxhelp.scytec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/image-13.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dxhelp.scytec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/image-13.png 717w, https:\/\/dxhelp.scytec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/image-13-300x65.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 717px) 100vw, 717px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Select whether to view the data without saving filter changes with <strong>View Separate Report<\/strong>, or to view the data and save the changes with <strong>Save Saved Item Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once a saved chart is created the <strong>Custom URL<\/strong> option will be available under <strong>Saved Chart URL<\/strong> on the filter page. Click <strong>Copy to Clipboard<\/strong> to get a direct web link to the selected chart. Use this URL to send others a link to view the chart. Encrypted credentials are included in the URL, so no DataXchange login is required to view the chart using this link. Only one chart will be viewable per URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: Custom URLs are currently available for Saved Charts and Real-Time views, they are not available for Reports and Exports at this time.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"348\" height=\"251\" src=\"https:\/\/dxhelp.scytec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/image-11.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2341\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dxhelp.scytec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/image-11.png 348w, https:\/\/dxhelp.scytec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/image-11-300x216.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 348px) 100vw, 348px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Copy to Clipboard button, found on Saved Reporting Item Filter pages<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"scheduling\">Scheduling Email Charts, Reports, and Exports<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once a saved reporting item is created, it can be added to a schedule to send to users or user groups via email. The schedule options are found at the bottom of the filter page. Select the currently logged in <strong>User<\/strong> or any <strong>User Group(s)<\/strong> as the recipient(s) of the chart. Choose a frequency, the days of the week if applicable, and the time at which the chart should be sent out. The <strong>Time Zone<\/strong> and <strong>Screen Resolution<\/strong> of the chart can also be selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> to create or update the chart schedule. For a user with permission to manage reporting on a company level, the permissions for these Company-Assigned Saved Items can be modified from the Data Display <strong>Manage<\/strong> page. Click the menu in the top-left corner to access the <strong>Manage<\/strong> page. Scroll to the <strong>Company-Assigned Saved Items<\/strong> section. Select from the <strong>Type<\/strong> of <strong>Chart<\/strong>, <strong>Report<\/strong>, or <strong>Export<\/strong>, then select an item to modify its <strong>User Group Assignments<\/strong>. Click <strong>Save<\/strong> when finished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"rtvcharts\">Add or Modify Saved RTV Charts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To add or modify a Saved RTV Chart go to <strong>Charts \u2192 My Charts \u2192 Add or Modify Saved RTV Charts<\/strong> or <strong>Charts \u2192 Group Charts \u2192 Add or Modify Saved RTV Charts<\/strong>. Specify the <strong>Title<\/strong>, an optional <strong>Description<\/strong>, and select the&nbsp;<strong>Chart Type<\/strong>. Press the&nbsp;<strong>Configure<\/strong>&nbsp;button to specify the details for the selected chart type.
