Each Work Order is displayed with specific Work Order Operation details displayed underneath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The color of each row indicates the state of a given operation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Green: The operation is currently Active.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blue: The operation is Completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yellow: The operation is currently Inactive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Options and Filters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, select the Equipment for which relevant Work Orders will be displayed. Note that if a machine is not selected, relevant Work Orders may still be displayed if they also have operations performed on machines which are selected to be viewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Columns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each data item can be turned on or off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Op<\/strong>: The Work Order Operation number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Equipment<\/strong>: The machine associated to the Work Order Operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PPH<\/strong>: The defined target PPH for the Work Order Operation. This can be specified when defining the Work Order Operation, set by Ideal Times, or use the Part Defaults.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PPH %<\/strong>: The percentage of parts made versus the target PPH.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PPH Actual<\/strong>: The number of parts made.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PPH % <\/strong>=<strong> PPH Actual <\/strong>\/<strong> PPH<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Completed<\/strong>: The number of Good Parts completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remaining<\/strong>: The Build Quantity, minus the Good Parts completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview The Active Work Order View displays information about each current work order and the associated Operations and Equipment in a card format.
