It mostly contains the same features as the existing Equipment View along with additional settings that make it easier to use with an unattended display.

Configuring an RTV Equipment View

To create an RTV Equipment View, go to the RTV Designer in Data Display. Click New to create a new screen, or select a screen and click Modify to add an Equipment View to an existing screen. More information on configuring RTV Screens in Data Display can be found here.

Note: If you do not have access to the RTV Designer, please contact Scytec or your Reseller to enable access.

Select a Panel to use as an Equipment View. If a view already exists there, click the red Select a Different View button, next to the name of the view, to change it.

Under Lists, select RTV Equipment View. The Configuration Panel will change to display the relevant options. The Submit button can be clicked at any time to save the settings and preview the display.

Once an Equipment View is visible in the designer, each section can be resized individually. Click or tap and drag on the transparent red separator between each section. Text and chart sizes will adjust to fill the available space whenever possible.

Use the Options section at the bottom to further adjust the Equipment View to your liking. This allows custom amounts of cards to be viewed on screen at a time and also allows for automatic rotation between cards when they cannot all be displayed at once.

Settings and Filters

First, select the Equipment to display under the Equipment section. Below that are the various components available to view on the cards, most of which can be turned on or off as desired. These include:

Title and Border (required)

Equipment Statuses

Current Values

Target Utilization

Shift History

Title and Border

Color: Choose the background color of this section.

General Status

Specific Status

Utilization Indicator

PPH Indicator

The top two options display the color associated with the current status of the machine.
