Saved Charts in Data Display

Overview

DataXchange Saved Chart Creation has been migrated from the DataXchange Windows Application to the browser-based Data Display application and its associated mobile apps. Data Display can be accessed at [Your DataXchange Server]/datadisplay. This has the following effects:

• Saved Charts are now created in Data Display and can no longer be created in the Windows Application. More Information
• To create a saved chart, go to the page for the chart. At the bottom of the page you will see Saved Chart Options.
• Modifications to existing Saved Charts are now done in Data Display.
  • Click on a Chart, then click the Filter button in the top-right.
  • Alternatively, right click on a Chart icon and click Filter.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to save changes to the Saved Chart Filter Settings.
• The Display screen in the Windows Application will show the same saved charts as before the update. However, viewing these saved charts will now show the Data Display version of the chart.
• Newly created saved charts that are created in Data Display will also show on the Display page in the Windows Application.
• The Copy URL button has been moved out of the Client to Data Display.
• The Add/Modify screen for Saved Charts still exists in the Windows Application, but additions or modifications on this page will only be visible on Saved Charts in the RTV.
