Active Work Orders View (Web)

Overview

The Active Work Order View displays information about each current work order and the associated Operations and Equipment in a card format. Each Work Order is displayed with specific Work Order Operation details displayed underneath.

The color of each row indicates the state of a given operation:

• Green: The operation is currently Active.
• Blue: The operation is Completed.
• Yellow: The operation is currently Inactive.

Options and Filters

First, select the Equipment for which relevant Work Orders will be displayed. Note that if a machine is not selected, relevant Work Orders may still be displayed if they also have operations performed on machines which are selected to be viewed.

Columns

Each data item can be turned on or off.

• Op: The Work Order Operation number.
• Equipment: The machine associated to the Work Order Operation.
• PPH: The defined target PPH for the Work Order Operation. This can be specified when defining the Work Order Operation, set by Ideal Times, or use the Part Defaults.
• PPH %: The percentage of parts made versus the target PPH.
• PPH Actual: The number of parts made.
  • PPH % = PPH Actual / PPH
• Completed: The number of Good Parts completed
• Remaining: The Build Quantity, minus the Good Parts completed.
