The User → Account form is used to enter the account number and account password used by the application. Valid account information must be entered in order to use the application. The account information only needs to be entered once per Windows logon account since these settings are saved for each Windows user.
Upon installing the application for the first time on a new PC, an account name and password will need to be entered here. If you do not know this information, contact your DataXchange Administrator or your reseller.
If a proxy server is used for Internet access the proxy settings can be used to match the required settings for the organization.
The Clear Settings button will clear the saved account settings. This button should only be used if switching between the hosted Cloud version and the On Premise version.
